What does Made to Last mean to you?

What does Made to Last mean to you?

As part of Heritage Hands Festival: Sandgate, join us for an evening of fascinating stories celebrating craftsmanship, heritage and the knowledge we carry forward.

From traditional leather plaiting and neon signmaking to ballet headpieces, artisan cheesemaking and the remarkable skills behind everyday objects, Made to Last brings together makers and creative practitioners to share their stories.

Presented in the lively PechaKucha format, each speaker has just 20 images, shown for 20 seconds each, to explore a skill, object, practice or tradition worth preserving.

Meet the speakers
