Toowong & District Historical Society
The Society’s aim is to foster interest in, and research the history of Toowong and neighbouring suburbs which were part of the former Toowong Shire and Council, 1880-1925 and includes Auchenflower, Milton and part of Bardon.
A collection of local history materials can be made available to members and approved researchers.
Monthly meetings are on the fourth Friday of the month, 10am – 12pm, Jan – Nov, at West Toowong Bowls Club (WTBC), Bywong St, Toowong.
