Redcliffe Historical Society celebrates its 40th anniversary with a ground breaking exhibition, Redcliffe Visions.
The Society commissioned a number of local artists to produce their vision of Redcliffe. Presented are the resulting artworks, including paintings, photographs and artist books, displayed with historic objects relating to the various artistic themes.
The exhibition will be on display until 2 March 2008. This project was initiated by Redcliffe Historical Society, funded by RADF, and curated by Redcliffe Museum.
Join the participating artists and representatives from the Redcliffe Historical Society as they discuss their artworks and experiences throughout the project. The participating artists are John Carr, Pete Johnson, Barry Kidd, Julie Wecker, Bryce Manning and Jamie Congdon.
The talk will be facilitated by Tim Lynch, Coordinator – Redcliffe City Art Gallery.
